How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping to all 50 states. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $29.99 regardless of weight or number of items.
Can you ship directly to my FFL dealer?
Absolutely - all firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer near you. At checkout, simply provide your dealer's FFL information and we coordinate the transfer paperwork directly with them.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states only. International shipments are not available at this time due to federal export regulations.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are discreetly packaged in plain, unmarked boxes. Firearms ship in manufacturer boxes inside a plain outer carton with no external branding.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us with your order number and we'll take care of it - no lengthy explanations required.
How do I start a return?
Email info@blackforgearms.com or call with your order number. We'll issue a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Ammunition and reloading components cannot be returned once shipped. All other items - including firearms - can be returned within 30 days provided they are in original, unaltered condition with all packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1-2 business days), refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Are all your products authentic?
100%. Every product is sourced exclusively from authorized manufacturers and licensed distributors. We never purchase gray market, counterfeit, or diverted merchandise. Our FFL license and ATF compliance depend on it.
Do your firearms come inspected?
Yes. Every firearm is personally inspected and function-tested by our in-house licensed gunsmiths before it ships. You receive an inspection certificate with your order.
Do new firearms come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All new firearms include the full manufacturer's warranty. Our support team can assist you with any warranty claim processing at no additional charge.
Do you sell used or pre-owned firearms?
We carry a curated selection of pre-owned firearms. Every used firearm is inspected by our gunsmiths, rated for condition (Excellent / Very Good / Good), and priced accordingly. Condition reports are included.
FFL & Legal Compliance

What is an FFL and why do I need one?
A Federal Firearms License (FFL) authorizes dealers to legally transfer firearms. By law, all retail firearm sales must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. We ship to your chosen local FFL, who then completes the background check and transfer to you.
How do I find a local FFL dealer?
You can ask at any local gun shop - most are FFLs. Once you have their contact info and FFL license number, simply enter it at checkout. We handle all paperwork from our end.
Do you run background checks?
Background checks are performed by your local FFL dealer at the time of transfer - this is required by federal law (NICS). We do not bypass or shortcut this process for any reason.
Are there states where you cannot ship firearms?
We ship to all 50 states but comply with every state's individual laws. Some states have additional restrictions (e.g. California, New York). At checkout, state-specific restrictions will be flagged automatically.
Do you sell to law enforcement or government agencies?
BlackForge Arms has dedicated accounts for law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and authorized trainers. Contact us directly for agency pricing, volume discounts, and GSA procurement support.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Wire Transfer, Bitcoin, and other arrangements. Select your preferred method at checkout. All methods are secure and verified.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our checkout process uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store card or payment details on our servers. All transactions are processed through verified, encrypted channels.
When will my order be confirmed?
Orders are confirmed once payment clears. CashApp, Zelle, and Apple Pay typically confirm within minutes. Wire transfers confirm within 1–2 hours. Bitcoin requires one network confirmation, usually within 30–60 minutes.
Do you offer payment plans?
For orders over $1,000 we offer flexible payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team directly to discuss options before placing your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately by phone for the fastest response. Same-day orders ship quickly, so act fast.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account and view real-time shipping status under "My Orders."
What if my order arrives damaged?
Document any visible damage with photos before opening the package further, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Do I need an account to order?
No - you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your FFL dealer information, and access order history for re-orders.
