BlackForge Arms stands behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right - no questions asked, within 30 days.

Not satisfied for any reason? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a prepaid return label and a full refund - no lengthy explanations required.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In the same condition as received - unused, unaltered, and undamaged
  • In its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, documentation, and tags
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Firearms returned after a background check has been initiated at your FFL dealer are subject to additional review. Contact us before initiating a return on any firearm that has already entered the FFL transfer process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Ammunition - all ammunition sales are final once shipped
  • Reloading components (primers, powder, brass) - all sales final
  • Items that have been fired, altered, modified, or show signs of use
  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, or included accessories
  • Items damaged by the customer through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Special-order or custom-configured items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Defective items in any category - including ammunition - are handled separately under our defective product policy. See Section 6 below.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us
Email info@blackforgearms.com or call with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within one business day.

Receive Your Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label within one business day of approving your return. No cost to you.

Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the prepaid label and drop it off at any FedEx or UPS location. Keep your drop-off receipt.

Inspection & Confirmation
Once we receive your return (1–2 business days from delivery to our warehouse), our team inspects the item and confirms eligibility. You'll receive an email update.

Refund Issued
Your refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection approval. You'll receive a confirmation email with the refund amount and reference number.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method only. We do not issue refunds to a different card or account. If your original payment method is no longer active, contact us to discuss alternatives.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item using the standard return process above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item (we recommend doing this simultaneously to avoid stock issues)
  3. Your refund for the original item will be processed independently within 3–5 business days of receipt

If you need assistance coordinating a time-sensitive exchange, call us directly at and our team will assist you personally.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will resolve it at no cost to you:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blackforgearms.com or
  • Include photos of the item and packaging - this expedites the claim significantly
  • We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement immediately upon receiving the defective item
  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including any shipping costs
  • For firearms with manufacturing defects, we will also coordinate a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer if you prefer that route

Do not use or modify a defective firearm before contacting us - doing so may void the manufacturer's warranty and affect your claim.

Do not mail returns without first receiving a return authorization and prepaid label from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
