Took a phone call to get to me
Tiny shipping delay because the carrier left it at the wrong house - not BlackForge's fault, and they followed up to make sure it eventually arrived. The gun itself has been good. Four stars for the experience, gun is closer to 4.5.

Customer service backs it up
Had a question about the manual on day two - emailed BlackForge, got a real human response within an hour. That kind of after-sale support is rare. Combined with a gun that hasn't given me any reason to call back, it's a winning combo.

Good gun, mediocre case
The firearm itself is exactly what I wanted in a the chambered round. Trigger is crisp, accuracy is fine, recoil is manageable. The lockable hard case it ships in feels like an afterthought though - I'd budget for a real storage solution.

Solid choice, took a break-in
First 200 rounds were a bit gritty - trigger took a couple boxes to smooth out and one of the mags was stiff. Past that point, it's been flawless. If you can stomach a short break-in period, it's a great value.
