The Canik SFx Rival has a total length of 8.1”, a height of 5.7”, a 1.41” width, a 5” barrel, and an overall weight of 29.5 oz. With these specifications the Canik SFx Rival can compete in IDPA, IPSC, and USPSA without restrictions. The Canik Rival is available in Canik Rival Grey with Cerakoted gold accents. With adjustable fiber optic sights, a lightened 90° diamond cut aluminum flat trigger, reversible magazine releases and sizes, ambidextrous slide release, aggressively serrated and ported slide, 1913 Picatinny rail, external mag-well, 3 grip back strap sizes, double undercut trigger guard, ergonomically redesigned beavertail, aggressive grip texturing, and a completely modular setup, the SFx Rival is ready to win right out of the box!

Does the job, no more
Goes bang when I want it to. Doesn't malfunction in any pattern I can identify. Trigger is meh, sights are meh, ergonomics are meh. Three meh's averages out to three stars. Not bad, not memorable.
Held up to a long day at the range
Six hours of training, roughly 800 rounds of cheap brass with one box of premium hollow points mixed in. Zero stoppages. Hot barrel, dirty internals, and it never hiccuped once. That's reliability.
Good build, sights left me wanting more
I'm probably being picky. The sights work, they're durable, they're not blacked out. They're also not particularly fast to pick up. A small detail in an otherwise solid package - easy upgrade if it bothers you.
Three months in and still grinning
Carried it daily since September. No malfunctions, no second-guessing, nothing to complain about. The Semi-Auto trigger broke in beautifully around the 500-round mark and now it feels like an extension of my hand.
My wife stole mine, ordering a second
She picked it up at the range, fired five rounds, and announced it was hers now. Can't argue - the recoil on this 9mm is so manageable that even my mother-in-law shot a clean group with it. Adding another to the cart tonight.
