Functional but unrefined
The fundamentals are there. Reliability has been decent. The striker-fired feels rough compared to other guns at this price point - like it could use another 500 rounds of polishing or some aftermarket parts.
Fits my hand, not for everyone
Caveat upfront: I have medium-small hands. This this brand grip frame fits me perfectly. My buddy with bear-paw hands found it cramped. Try one in person if you can before you buy - fit really matters here.
Magazine drop is positive
I've had carry guns where the empty mag had to be pulled out under stress. Not this one - push the release, mag hits the floor. Reloads are noticeably faster than my previous piece. 38 Special feed reliability is 100%.
