Smooth trigger, average sights
The trigger pull on this is genuinely impressive - way better than the price would suggest. The factory iron sights are fine but uninspiring. With aftermarket sights this becomes a 5-star piece easily.

BlackForge nailed the shipping too
Order placed Monday, in my hands Wednesday morning, double-boxed with the manufacturer packaging intact. Took it straight to the range - ran like a sewing machine through 200 rounds with no break-in needed. this brand quality is real.

Even my dad, who never approves of anything
Forty-year shooter, opinion of most modern guns ranges from "plastic junk" to "acceptable". He picked this up, dry-fired it, rang the steel target three times in a row, and said "not bad". From him that's an endorsement.

Outstanding for the money
I run a small training school and recommend this to students who want a serious starter piece without spending custom-shop money. The Semi-Auto mechanism is forgiving, the sights are intuitive, and parts availability is excellent.

Almost flawless out of the box
Five-star gun with one annoying detail: the slide release sits in a spot where my thumb pre-rides it under recoil, occasionally locking the slide back early. Adjusting my grip is the fix, but it took me a session to figure out.
